In additon to ranking #10 from 2005-12, Arcadia Bluffs was the #2 new course in 2001, among other honors. It's across the big lake from Whistling Straits, but unlike Wisconsin's man-made dunes, Arcadia's are natural.
The South Course is a throwback in time, a jigsaw puzzle of intersecting bunkers, centerline hazards, alternate routes of play and geometric shaping.
Harbor Shores Golf Course runs along the Paw Paw River and provides beautiful views overseeing Lake Michigan. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Harbor Shores has hosted the Kitchen Aid Senior PGA Championship multiple times.
The Ravines, an Arnold Palmer Signature Course, has earned #5, #7, #12 Top Courses in Michigan (Golf Advisor), and Top 25 Courses for layout, twice (Golf Advisor).
In addition to Golf Digest's "Places to Play," Hawkshead has also been listed in Rolex's "World's Top 1000" and received the Trip Advisor "Travelers's Choice" award.

This is the course that triggered the golf boom in Northern Michigan. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in 1966, The Heather was the first BOYNE golf course and it's challenge is absolutely timeless. The course is widely considered to be one of the finest championship courses in the nation. more
